Jerry has worked in the painting / blasting industry for around 30 years, doing his apprenticeship in painting in his early 20’s, and starting his own domestic & commercial painting business not long after.
Around 2002 he moved into the oil & gas industry as a blaster / painter in the maintenance side of oil & gas rigs. He stayed in this industry until late 2015, the last 7 years as a supervisor on various rigs and has a wealth of knowledge in the industrial and marine side of rust control, blasting processes and coatings applications.
Jerry has been happily married to his beautiful wife Natalie, and is the proud father of 3 adult children. His daughter Casey is travelling the world, eldest son Jake is a mechanical fitter in the mining industry, and youngest son Zac is an apprentice painter and blaster in training at Red Dog.
